Because we were dealing with such a vast audience, Caixa’s internet banking interface had to be divided in three experiences: simple, standard and pro, each displaying different amounts of info.
The redesign was based around modules behaving contextual manner. That way, users can see useful information at a glance and perform basic tasks directly from specific modules.
Users can see their balance, quickly transfer money to their favorite contacts and pay bills, among many other things.
Caixa is “everybody’s bank”, so it’s only fair that its internet banking would be for, well, everybody.
